Do I need to know exactly what service I need before I contact you? Not at all. In fact, that’s what the discovery call is for. If you know something in your marketing isn’t working but aren’t sure exactly what you need, we can unpack where you are, where you want to go and what would make the most sense for your business.
Do you create content too? Yes - depending on the project. We can help with content strategy, creative direction, campaign concepts, messaging and content planning, as well as coordinating with photographers, designers, creators and other suppliers where needed. We’ll define exactly what’s included in your project or partnership upfront, so everyone knows who’s doing what and when.
Can you work with my existing team, designer or agency? Absolutely. We can slot into your existing team and work alongside designers, agencies, photographers, developers, PR teams and other suppliers. Sometimes you don’t need another person doing everything - you just need someone to bring the strategy together, connect the dots and keep the marketing moving. That's where we come in.
Do you offer one-off projects or ongoing support? Both. Some clients want a focused project, such as a brand refresh, marketing strategy or product launch. Others need ongoing strategic support through a Marketing Partnership. We’ll recommend the level of support that makes sense for your goals, budget and stage of business. You can get the support you need without committing to more than you actually need.
How much do your services cost? There’s no one-size-fits-all price because every business and project is different. Your investment depends on the scope of work, the level of support you need and what we’re looking to achieve together. Once we understand your business and what you need, we’ll put together a clear proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline and investment.
How do I get started? It all starts with a discovery call. We’ll chat about your business, where you are now, where you want to go and what’s currently getting in the way. From there, we’ll recommend the most suitable approach and put together a clear proposal if we’re a good fit.
